Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy

The granting of a refund, return or exchange shall be in the sole discretion of Ichiban Pet Bakery.

1. No cancellations can be made once the order is made.

2. The granting of a refund, return or exchange shall be in the sole discretion of Ichiban Pet Bakery.

3. Our refund and exchange policy is for a period of: -

• 1 days from the date the Fresh Food Product(s) is delivered to our customer; or

• 14 days from the date the Dry Food Product(s) is delivered to our customer;

• No refund or exchange can be made once the 14 days have lapsed.

• No refund or exchange for pre-order item.

4. We do not accept food returns.

5. Refunds or exchanges will only be made under the following circumstances: –

• If we fail to serve you the correct food you ordered; or

• Food has spoiled.

In the abovementioned circumstances, information such as but not limited to photo evidence, the date and time of receiving the packaging, description of the problem, method of storing the Food Product(s), the date and time of opening the packaging, condition of the Food Product(s) must be provided. Without sufficient evidence, a refund, credit or other solution will not be granted.

Other Product(s)

6. Returns or exchanges are only possible under the following circumstances: –

• If the item is damaged in transit; or

• If a manufacturer's defect is discovered.

In the above cases, information such as but not limited to photo evidence, the date and time of receiving the packaging, description of the problem must be provided. Without sufficient evidence, a refund, credit or other solution will not be granted.

7. Items to be returned must be unused and returned in the same condition and packaging that you have received it.

8. Shipping costs for returning products are borne by the customer. Such fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refund

9. If your refund is approved, please note that it may take up to three (3) working days to complete. The amount charged will be automatically credited to your payment method.

Exchange

10. If a replacement food item is approved, Ichiban Pet Bakery will arrange to make a fresh set of said products.
