Collection & Delivery

Terms & conditions for Ichiban Pet Bakery are detailed below.

By making payment, it will be deemed that the terms are understood and accepted as applying to your order. 

Self-Collection 

1. Please WhatsApp customer service to confirm date and time from the pickup location.

2. Please provide your name, order number and content of your order during collection. 

3. All orders have to be placed min. 7 days in advance. There will be no ready products in-store. Except pet snacks. 

4. Last pickup time will be 6pm daily, except PH & PH eve.

If there are no arrangements between you and our customer service team, uncollected food will be disposed by the end of the day, 6PM. 

Standard Delivery Lead Time

We do not accept rushed orders.

1) Pet snack, ready stock, toys and dry item (lead time 5 working days)

2) Pre-order item (lead time 14-18 working days)

3) Fresh food / cake / wet food (Orders must at least be placed minimum 7 days in advance) We do not accept rushed orders.

Delivery fees: 

Pet snacks, ready stock, toys and dry item. 

 Standard shipping for WM is RM10. Free shipping over RM150.

Fresh food / wet food 

KL & Selangor - Lalamove - depend on distance rate provide by lalamove. RM15 shipping support for order over RM200.

WM - frozen delivery - RM45 (small) RM65 (medium) -Next day arrive

EM - Not available

Important Note:

2）We do not accept rushed orders.

3）For any change of delivery to self-collection requested by the customer, delivery fee will not be refunded.
