Thank you for visiting our site. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) govern your interaction with our web sites, as well as any orders you place with us.

By accessing this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) provided by Ichiban Pet Studio 003428745-H (202203221474) or our affiliates (collectively, “Ichiban Pet Bakery”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the Terms and all of the terms incorporated by reference including but not limited to our Refund and Exchange Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or use the Website or order, receive or use the products, perishable (hereinafter referred to as “the Food Product(s)”) or non-perishable, and services made available through the Website (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Product(s)”).

If you are using the Website on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept the Terms on such entity’s behalf and that such entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or such entity violates any of the Terms.

We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Website or order, receive or use the Product(s), you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms and all of the terms incorporated by reference. We encourage you to review the Terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply.

PURCHASES

1. If you wish to purchase any of the Product(s), you may be asked to provide information relevant to your purchase including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
2. You represent, warrant and confirm as follows:-
   • you are authorised and or have the legal right to use the designated payment method;
   • the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete; and
   • you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
3. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to invalid payment method, detection of fraud or illegal transaction, product or service availability, and or errors in the description or price of the product or service.

FOOD PRODUCT(S)

1. You confirm and accept that:-
   • it is your sole responsibility as a pet owner to verify whether the Food Product(s) are suitable for your pets;
   • all ingredients used in our Food Product(s) has been stated on the product page and will be printed on the packaging label, and you have read and understood the composition of such Food Product(s);
   • Ichiban Pet Studio or any of its directors, owners, employees, agents and or officers makes no representations whatsoever regarding the suitability of the Food Product(s) for your pets;
   • Ichiban Pet Studio or any of its directors, owners, employees, agents and or officers will not be any way responsible for any allergy reaction, health condition, adverse reactions, direct or indirect damages howsoever arising from using our Food Product(s);
   • Food Product(s) sold by Ichiban Pet Studio are handmade and as such, minor discrepancy might be visible in comparison with the picture provided on the Website or marketing materials; 
   • Ichiban Pet Studio will not be liable in any way should the Food Product(s) be fed to your pet outside of the Food Product(s)’ valid consumption period; and
   • it is your sole responsibility to check the Food Product(s) and its condition upon delivery and upon serving it to your pet

DELIVERIES

You confirm and accept as follows: –

you are responsible for inspecting all Product(s) you receive for any damage or other issues upon delivery;

1. for the delivery of our Food Product(s), kindly make sure that someone will be available to collect the said Food Product(s) from our team and/or third party courier service and to bring the items indoor;
2. if no one is available to accept the delivery when it arrives, Ichiban Pet Studio reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee of a minimum of RM10. Ichiban Pet Studio will not be liable for the safety or condition of order after the customer leaves the order unattended, or as requested.

PICK-UP
You confirm and accept as follows: –

1. you will arrive at the location for pick-up on time;
2. in the event that you are late or fail to be present at the pick-up location, Ichiban Pet Studio will not be able to guarantee the freshness of our Food Product(s);
3. no refunds will be made in the event that a customer does not pick-up his/her order;
4. the Food Product(s) will be kept in our freezer until the customer has decided on a new pick-up date. Ichiban Pet Studio will not be responsible or liable to prepare a fresh set of Food Product(s);
5. changes in pick-up time can be made at least 5 hours before the original selected pick-up time. Kindly contact our team at contactus.ichibanpetbakery@gmail.com or drop us a message on Instagram for us to arrange it for you.
   

TERMINATION
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms, we reserve the right without notice and in our sole discretion to terminate your right to access or use the Website and to order, receive and use the Product(s), at any time and for any or no reason, and you acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability or obligation to you in such event and that you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts that you have already paid to us, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should any dispute, disagreement of any similar kind arise, you agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the said dispute informally.
